Carrier Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Carrier Analyst based in India.

As a Carrier Analyst, you will play a key role in managing global telecommunications services and supporting the reliability of network infrastructure across domestic and international operations. You will oversee relationships with carrier partners, coordinate service provisioning, and ensure voice and data connectivity solutions meet operational requirements.

Working closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders, you will help resolve technical issues, coordinate service transitions, and improve service delivery. You will also analyze telecommunications costs, identify savings opportunities, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency.

This role combines vendor relationship management, technical coordination, project execution, and analytical problem-solving in a global, collaborative environment. Your contributions will help strengthen network resilience, optimize telecommunications spending, and maintain reliable connectivity across geographically distributed operations.
