CDQI Audit Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CDQI Audit Specialist based in United States.

As a CDQI Audit Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality, accuracy, and compliance of clinical documentation improvement activities. You will conduct retrospective and concurrent audits to evaluate CDI reviews, query practices, and clinical documentation outcomes.

Your work will help identify missed opportunities, strengthen revenue integrity, and support accurate quality reporting and patient outcomes. You will also provide targeted feedback, education, and mentoring to CDI specialists based on audit findings. Working closely with clinical and physician stakeholders, you will help monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement.
