Channel Services Integration Lead

The Channel Services Integration Lead will shape and execute the strategy for integrating services across the partner ecosystem and customer lifecycle.

This role connects business strategy, technology, operations, and partner experience to turn strategic objectives into executable programs.

You will define end-to-end service journeys, identify gaps, and develop practical plans to improve processes, tools, policies, and commercial outcomes.

Working with architects, IT teams, business leaders, and external partners, you will translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

The position offers significant visibility across cross-functional teams and requires strong leadership of large, time-sensitive initiatives.

You will also engage distributors and resellers, gather feedback, and help ensure solutions deliver meaningful value for partners and customers.
