Chief of Staff

This is a high-impact generalist role at the center of a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on expanding access to peer-to-peer learning. You will work closely with executive leadership to turn an ambitious long-term vision into concrete strategies, systems, partnerships, and results. The role combines strategic project leadership, external relationship management, and business operations.

You will take important 0-to-1 initiatives from early ideas through validation, execution, and measurable traction. You will also help establish the operating rhythms, processes, and partnerships needed to support sustainable growth. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced operator who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and enjoys working across nearly every part of an organization.
