Citrix L3 Engineer - (DaaS+ AWS) _ Night Shift

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Citrix L3 Engineer – (DaaS + AWS) | Night Shift based in India.

The Citrix L3 Engineer will play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting enterprise virtual desktop infrastructure hosted in AWS cloud environments. This position focuses on advanced technical support for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (DaaS), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and cloud-based infrastructure.

You will resolve complex incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions that strengthen system performance, availability, and security. Working across cloud and on-premises environments, you will help ensure seamless application delivery and reliable end-user access. The role also involves infrastructure administration, capacity planning, upgrades, and operational documentation.
