Client Onboarding Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Onboarding Manager based in India.

As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will guide enterprise clients through successful implementation and the early stages of their customer journey. You will lead onboarding projects from planning through adoption, keeping timelines, communication, and stakeholders aligned. Working across internal teams, you will coordinate delivery and help ensure a smooth, consistent client experience.

You will also support client teams through product education and enablement, helping them adopt solutions effectively. The role combines project management, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration in a global, remote-first environment. Your work will directly contribute to successful implementations and long-term customer satisfaction.
