Client Success Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Success Associate based in India.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing healthcare technology environment focused on improving the infrastructure behind modern provider data.

You’ll support client relationships and help ensure customers receive timely, reliable, and high-quality service.

The role combines client communication, project coordination, product support, data tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll work closely with Client Success Managers while partnering with Sales, Implementation, Operations, and Product teams.

Your work will contribute to client retention, successful product adoption, and a smoother end-to-end customer journey.

You’ll also develop strong knowledge of a healthcare SaaS platform and gain exposure to provider data, credentialing, licensing, and enrollment workflows.

This role is well suited to an organized, proactive professional who enjoys learning, solving problems, and building trusted client relationships.
