Cluster Marketing & Communication Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cluster Marketing & Communication Manager based in India.

This role will lead the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies across a cluster of hotel properties, strengthening brand positioning and increasing market visibility. You will oversee a broad portfolio spanning digital marketing, social media, content, public relations, media relations, campaigns, promotions, and internal communications .

The position combines creative storytelling with strong commercial thinking to generate awareness, engagement, and revenue opportunities. You will work closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division , and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. Success will require balancing brand consistency with locally relevant campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
