Collections and Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections and Billing Specialist to support billing operations, accounts receivable, and financial administration across multiple business units. In this role, you will manage customer billing transactions, monitor outstanding balances, and help ensure accurate and timely collections from individual participants and institutional clients.

You will collaborate closely with finance and accounting colleagues, billing specialists, and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain reliable financial records. Your responsibilities will include generating invoices, processing adjustments, validating program pricing, and preparing reports that support effective financial decision-making.

You will also contribute to month-end closing activities and help improve the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes.
