Collections Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Collections Single Point of Contact (SPOC) based in Brazil.

As a Collections Single Point of Contact (SPOC), you will serve as a key liaison between homeowners, clients, and internal teams to support effective mortgage collections and help homeowners understand their available options. You will manage an assigned portfolio of mortgage loans, monitor accounts regularly, and proactively engage with borrowers to understand payment challenges and negotiate repayment arrangements.

The role also involves explaining loss mitigation options, clarifying collection and foreclosure processes, and ensuring inquiries are resolved accurately and promptly. You will collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to maintain compliance with applicable regulations and investor requirements while delivering professional, customer-focused support.
