Commercial Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a customer-focused Commercial Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and develop strategic business relationships across Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. In this field-based role, you will promote commercial HVAC products and solutions while providing technical expertise, application engineering, and design support.

You will work closely with engineers, contractors, architects, developers, builders, utilities, and end users to deliver solutions tailored to their project requirements. Your responsibilities will span territory development, equipment selection, estimating, proposal generation, and contract negotiations.

With a strong emphasis on design-build and retrofit projects, you will help customers adopt innovative, energy-efficient technologies while expanding existing accounts and winning new business.
