Role Overview

The Consulting Manager will lead complex software implementation projects for utility and municipal clients, overseeing delivery from initial planning through go-live and post-launch stabilization. This role combines strategic project oversight, technical solution guidance, and people leadership to ensure successful customer information system (CIS) implementations.

You will manage and mentor consulting teams, optimize resource allocation, and drive consistent, high-quality project outcomes across multiple engagements. Working closely with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams, you will strengthen relationships, manage delivery risks, and maintain control over budgets and timelines.

You will also help improve implementation methodologies, promote knowledge sharing, and support continuous professional development. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, you will leverage AI-powered tools and modern workflows to streamline delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
