Consultor(a) SAP SuccessFactors PMGM PL/SR

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-Level/Senior SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant based in Brazil.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and rollout projects focused on Performance & Goals management. In this role, you will help organizations optimize performance evaluation and goal-setting processes by translating business requirements into effective, scalable SAP solutions.

You will oversee key project phases, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Working closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and technical teams, you will ensure solutions align with organizational policies and SAP best practices. You will also support user adoption through documentation, training, and change management activities.

This is a fully remote, long-term contractor opportunity for a professional who combines strong functional expertise, analytical thinking, and collaborative project delivery skills.
