We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Performance & Goals to support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise HR solutions. In this role, you will help optimize performance management and goal-setting processes, ensuring that system capabilities align with business requirements and organizational objectives.

You will analyze stakeholder needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend effective solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience. Working in a collaborative, client-focused environment, you will partner with relevant teams to support solution delivery and ongoing system evolution.

Advanced or fluent English proficiency is essential for professional communication in an international business context. This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity based in Brazil, offered under a contractor (PJ) arrangement.
