Contract Engagement Advisor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contract Engagement Advisor based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, contract management, healthcare technology, and data-driven business operations.

You will support revenue objectives by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of complex commercial agreements.

The position requires strong judgment in assessing contractual terms, identifying risks, and developing practical solutions that support business priorities.

You will collaborate closely with legal, sales, finance, compliance, information security, and other functional leaders throughout the contracting lifecycle.

The role also provides an opportunity to contribute to competitive bids, contract process improvements, technology adoption, and organizational change.

You will build trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers, suppliers, and business partners.
