Counsel - Employee Benefits Division

This remote legal and compliance role provides strategic guidance across a growing portfolio of employee benefits and insurance products.

You will serve as a trusted advisor on statutory Paid Family & Medical Leave, disability, life, AD&D, dental, and supplemental health offerings.

The position combines legal research, regulatory analysis, product support, risk assessment, and practical business counseling.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, Distribution, Marketing, and other legal and compliance teams.

Your work will help ensure products and business processes remain aligned with evolving state and federal requirements.

The role is ideal for a proactive attorney who can translate complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance in a highly regulated environment.
