This is an exciting opportunity for an employment law professional to provide strategic legal guidance in a fully remote environment. The role focuses on employment law, employee relations, workplace investigations, restrictive covenants, and litigation management.

You will collaborate closely with Human Resources, Recruiting, business leaders, and legal colleagues to mitigate risks and support key business objectives. Your expertise will help navigate complex employment matters, acquisitions, advisor transitions, and regulatory requirements. You will also contribute to improving legal operations through technology, automation, and responsible AI adoption.
