Country Regulatory Specialist, Clinical Research

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Country Regulatory Specialist, Clinical Research based in Brazil.

In this role, you will support clinical research projects by managing country-specific regulatory and ethics submissions from study start-up through project completion. You will serve as a key regulatory contact for Brazilian health authorities, ethics committees, and internal project teams, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards.

Working across clinical trial phases, you will coordinate submission activities, monitor approval timelines, and help maintain regulatory documentation throughout the study lifecycle. You will contribute local regulatory expertise to study feasibility, site selection, and strategic planning, helping teams anticipate requirements and overcome potential delays.

You will also monitor changes in regulatory guidance, assess their operational impact, and recommend solutions to support efficient project delivery.
