Creative Design Supervisor

As a Creative Design Supervisor, you will lead a team of designers, overseeing daily operations, creative quality, and the delivery of high-impact visual content. You will combine strong graphic design expertise with people management skills to ensure projects align with brand positioning and business objectives.

In this role, you will guide creative development, provide constructive feedback, and support designers through mentorship, regular one-to-one meetings, and professional development opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, manage priorities, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.

You will also contribute directly to design projects when needed while driving continuous improvement across the team's processes and standards.
