Creative Director

This role will lead the development of a high-performing creator and talent partnership function within a fast-growing consumer brand environment. You’ll identify and build relationships with creators, influencers, athletes, celebrities, and brand ambassadors who can drive meaningful brand impact. The position combines talent sourcing, relationship management, commercial negotiation, and performance analysis.

You’ll work closely with creative, social, paid media, brand, and performance teams to align talent partnerships with broader growth objectives. With significant autonomy, you’ll help establish scalable processes and build a strong talent pipeline from the ground up. The role is ideal for someone who understands modern creator culture and knows how to turn talent relationships into measurable business results.
