Creative Producer - English

We are looking for a creative, highly organized producer to lead and scale content production for the US market across engaging digital storytelling formats. In this role, you will oversee writers, editors, and creative contributors, ensuring every story meets high editorial standards and resonates with American audiences.

You will combine creative leadership with operational excellence, using generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, streamline editing, and improve production efficiency. You will establish scalable workflows, editorial guidelines, and quality benchmarks to support consistent, high-volume content delivery.

By analyzing audience engagement and performance metrics, you will continuously refine storytelling techniques, narrative hooks, and creative strategies.
