Creative Producer (Performance Marketing)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Producer (Performance Marketing) based in Austria.

This role leads the end-to-end production of performance marketing creatives across major acquisition channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Google. You’ll turn data-backed insights and performance needs into clear creative briefs, hypotheses, and testing plans. Working across multiple products, you’ll help shape creative strategy while keeping production efficient, scalable, and focused on measurable results.

You’ll collaborate closely with UA specialists, designers, editors, AI teams, freelancers, and external agencies. The role combines creative judgment with a strong understanding of performance metrics and user acquisition. You’ll also help build repeatable best practices and accelerate testing and iteration across a global, remote environment.
