CRO Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRO Executive based in Netherlands.

This role offers an opportunity to build a career in conversion rate optimization while working with leading Ecommerce brands. You’ll partner with experienced CRO consultants, designers, developers, and clients to identify opportunities and turn insights into measurable improvements. The position combines analytics, experimentation, project coordination, client communication, and strategic thinking.

You’ll initially support senior consultants while taking ownership of defined initiatives from discovery through delivery and review. As your expertise develops, you’ll progressively take responsibility for optimization roadmaps, client meetings, and account direction.
