The Culture & Teammate Experience Operations Manager will play a key role in strengthening employee engagement and improving the overall workplace experience across a large, complex healthcare organization. This position combines data analytics, organizational insights, and strategic program development to translate teammate feedback into meaningful, actionable improvements.
