The Customer Analytics Specialist will play a key role in transforming customer data into actionable insights that improve retention, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer success. Working closely with Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, and executive leadership, you will develop automated dashboards, predictive models, and AI-powered analytics tools.
