Role Description The Customer Care Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mymensingh Sadar Upazila. This position involves responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about services, and ensuring that each interaction is handled in a courteous and efficient manner.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing phone and in-person queries, resolving issues, recording customer feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to support service delivery. The role also includes maintaining customer records, assisting with basic service-related documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.

The Customer Care Executive is expected to uphold company standards, follow established procedures, and contribute to a positive, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with active listening and clear, respectful interaction.
• Basic Sales skills to identify customer needs, present appropriate services, and support service enrollment or upgrades.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in customer records and documentation.
• Prior experience in customer care, healthcare, wellness, or fitness sectors is an advantage.
• Comfort using computers, telephony systems, and customer management software.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability, empathy, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive service.
