Customer Service Agent

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play an important role in delivering reliable customer support and facilitating clear communication between callers and interpreters. You will help identify callers' language requirements, accurately record customer information, and connect individuals with the appropriate resources.

Working in a remote customer service environment, you will use digital tools and databases to handle inquiries efficiently and ensure a smooth caller experience.
