Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Colombo at Aramex.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all queries are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Document and track customer issues using our internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive support to customers.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar role will be a definite advantage.
• Excellent written communication skills in English with impeccable grammar, strong typing skills with speed and accuracy.
• Possess sound computer literacy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The role requires the ability to work for the 24/7 work schedule on roster basis.
