Customer Service Representative

Customer Service & Admin Executive | Dublin 8 €15.50 per hour | Fixed-Term Contract | Fully Onsite

Love helping people, solving problems and keeping things moving? We’re looking for a Customer Service & Admin Executive to join a fast-paced team in Dublin 8 for the busy Christmas period.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a customer-focused environment, with full training provided from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering friendly, professional customer service by phone and email
• Handling corporate and consumer queries, including orders, sales and card queries
• Managing support tickets through a CRM system
• Processing card replacements, amendments and cancellations
• Supporting order processing, invoicing, client onboarding and dispatch
• Meeting service levels and keeping customers happy during peak periods
• Helping with general office administration

What we’re looking for:

• Previous customer service or administration experience
• Working in retail and looking to break into office work
• A friendly, enthusiastic and solutions-focused attitude
• Confidence communicating by phone and email
• Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation
• A proactive team player who can also work independently
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• CRM experience (HubSpot is a bonus!)

📍 Dublin 8 – fully onsite

🗓️ Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm

💶 €15.50 per hour

📅 October/November 2026 start – January 2027 finish
