The Customer Success Manager – CRM Suite will serve as a strategic advisor to life sciences organizations, helping them maximize the value of their CRM technology investments and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Combining CRM expertise, industry knowledge, and a consultative approach, you will partner with customers to improve processes, strengthen governance, and optimize technology adoption across commercial and medical teams. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understand their strategic objectives, and translate business needs into practical recommendations.

Working cross-functionally with product, support, sales, and consulting teams, you will also share customer insights to help shape future product development. This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced CRM professional who enjoys influencing organizational change, solving complex challenges, and driving long-term customer success. Occasional travel of up to 15% may be required.
