About the Role We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of U.S. clients, driving engagement, platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention.

• Responsibilities Manage and build relationships with U.S. customers
• Drive platform adoption and customer engagement
• Monitor account health and identify potential churn risks
• Maintain proactive communication with clients
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales
• Collaborate with Finance, Support, and Product teams to resolve customer issues.

• Requirements 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a related role
• Experience working with U.S. clients / U.S. market
• Advanced/Fluent English
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple accounts
• SaaS or subscription-based business experience is a plus
• Healthcare or compliance experience is a plus.
