Customer Support Specialist (Retail Operations)

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional to support customer service and retail operations across multiple e-commerce brands. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and help deliver positive shopping experiences through clear, empathetic, and professional communication.

You will use Shopify, Google Sheets, and other operational systems to manage orders, returns, refunds, inventory updates, and shipping concerns. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will investigate problems, identify root causes, and help improve day-to-day workflows.
