Customs Clearance Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customs Clearance Specialist based in Canada.

This is a fully remote customs operations role supporting high-volume ecommerce and parcel-level clearance across Canada. You will prepare and review customs documentation, process entries, determine duties and taxes, and ensure shipments comply with applicable customs requirements.

The role combines detailed operational work with frequent communication across clients, carriers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal teams. You will help resolve complex clearance issues while maintaining accurate records and meeting time-sensitive service requirements.

Working within a technology-enabled environment, you will also support modern automated brokerage workflows and ecommerce clearance solutions.
