Role Overview

In this role, you will leverage data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to develop analytical solutions that improve workforce management and operational efficiency. You will work with complex human resources and timekeeping datasets to identify patterns, validate records, and detect anomalies in employee schedules and attendance.

Using Python, SQL, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques, you will transform raw data into actionable insights and automated processes. You will also contribute to AI-driven initiatives involving generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Working at the intersection of technology and business, you will collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
