About Healwith

Healwith is a healthcare discovery and booking platform for Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. We help patients find the right care, and we help doctors and practices become easier to find, trust and book.

We are a joint venture with one of Hong Kong’s longest-established private clinic groups, and our founders built Oxygen, the most-awarded HubSpot agency in Asia-Pacific. We are building the most accurate and complete directory of healthcare providers in Hong Kong. That is where you come in.

The role

Patients rely on our data to find the right doctor. If a clinic’s opening hours, address or services are wrong, the patient has a bad experience. Your job is to make sure our data is correct.

You will call clinics and practices across Hong Kong, check the details we have, and update our database. It is simple work, but it is important. Every call makes the platform more useful for thousands of patients.

What you will do

• Call clinics, practices and healthcare providers across Hong Kong, mostly in Cantonese.
• Check and update their details: address, opening hours, phone numbers, doctors, specialisations, services, languages and insurance accepted.
• Enter the information accurately into our database and tools.
• Find missing information from clinic websites, social media and public registers.
• Mark data that you cannot confirm, and follow up later.
• Tell clinics briefly about Healwith when they ask, and pass interested clinics to the team.
• Meet daily and weekly call and accuracy targets.

About you

• You do not need experience or a degree. We will train you.
• Fluent Cantonese. You can speak in English with confidence.
• You are comfortable calling people you do not know, all day. A “no” does not stop you.
• You are polite, clear and patient on the phone.
• You pay attention to detail. You notice when something does not look right.
• You can use a computer, spreadsheets and online tools.
• You are reliable and can work on your own once trained.

Nice to have

• You can type in Traditional Chinese.
• Experience in a call centre, customer service, sales or admin.
• Interest in healthcare or technology.
