Dayforce Solution Architect

This remote contract role leads the architecture and end-to-end delivery of Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions for complex enterprise environments. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions spanning HR, Payroll, Time, Benefits, and Workforce Management.

The position combines deep functional expertise with technical architecture, integration strategy, and hands-on solution design. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and technical teams throughout discovery, blueprinting, configuration, and deployment. The role also provides technical leadership to ensure solution integrity, adoption, and long-term optimization.
