Deployment Strategist / Success Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a customer operations team at an AI voice software company, helping businesses deploy and get lasting value from conversational AI. Deployment Strategists guide customers from signed agreement through their first production call, while Success Engineers support live customers with adoption, retention, and growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Scope customer use cases, build and tune voice agents, manage telephony and integrations, and lead user acceptance testing.
• Design and build integrations with customer systems such as CRMs, dialers, calendars, and ticketing platforms, including custom tools and webhooks.
• Monitor agent performance, improve prompts and workflows, and troubleshoot integrations and call quality in production.
• Manage customer accounts and pilot projects, driving time to value and conversion or supporting retention, adoption, and expansion.
• Lead customer workshops and training, communicate product feedback, and create repeatable onboarding playbooks and documentation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• For Deployment Strategists, at least 1 year in a high-stakes customer-facing role; for Success Engineers, at least 2 years in technical customer-facing work such as implementation, solutions engineering, technical account management, or SaaS support.
• Experience leading complex customer deployments and managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on skills with AI agents and workflows, prompt engineering, APIs, webhooks, integrations, and technical debugging.
• Fluency in English and German, strong customer communication, and the ability to connect technical solutions to business goals.
• Experience with voice agents, conversational AI, customer operations, or customer expansion is valuable.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation is €75,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

Based in Berlin, Germany. Deployment Strategists work on-site. Success Engineers may work hybrid within Europe and should expect travel.
