This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Full Stack Java - Sênior based in Brazil.

This is a senior engineering opportunity focused on building a new fixed-income financial platform from the ground up. You will work across backend and frontend development while helping shape the architecture, engineering practices, and technical foundations of the product.

A key aspect of the role is the use of Generative AI throughout the software development lifecycle to increase productivity, quality, and delivery speed. You will work with modern Java and Spring technologies alongside contemporary frontend frameworks and cloud-native practices. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, code quality, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

You will have the opportunity to influence a complex greenfield product while experimenting with emerging AI-assisted development approaches.
