This role sits within a CRM-focused technology team building products that strengthen the relationship between businesses and their end consumers. You will develop solutions for customer segmentation, consumer profiles, loyalty, communication, and personalized marketing journeys. Your work will directly influence engagement, retention, and recurring purchases at significant scale.

The position combines backend and frontend development with cloud technologies and data-driven product decisions. You will have meaningful ownership over your solutions, from technical decisions and development through deployment and production monitoring.
