Development Director

The Development Director will drive fundraising growth by building meaningful relationships with donors, identifying new funding opportunities, and strengthening long-term supporter engagement. Reporting to the Head of Development, this role works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to advance fundraising strategies and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

You will engage with high-net-worth individuals, qualify existing donors, cultivate new prospects, and represent the organization at events and external engagements. The position requires a proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and can balance relationship-building with measurable performance goals.

By maintaining accurate donor records and collaborating across development functions, you will help improve donor stewardship and fundraising effectiveness.
