This role focuses on optimizing the digital shopping experience to increase engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll manage product merchandising, site navigation, promotional experiences, and high-performing landing pages across digital channels.

The position combines hands-on website management with data-driven experimentation and continuous optimization.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Paid Media teams to translate campaigns into cohesive online experiences.

Using customer behavior and performance data, you’ll identify friction points, test improvements, and uncover opportunities for growth.
