Director – Contracts, Procurement, and Compliance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director – Contracts, Procurement, and Compliance based in United States.

This is a senior operating leadership role responsible for overseeing contracts, procurement, certifications, and risk and compliance activities.

Reporting directly to the President, you will coordinate a specialized contractor team and ensure requests are handled efficiently from intake through resolution.

You’ll serve as a central escalation point for clients, internal stakeholders, and complex operational matters.

The role combines hands-on operational leadership with governance, compliance oversight, and strategic risk management.

You’ll maintain critical certifications, support government-contract compliance, and ensure policies and procedures remain current and effective.

Success requires strong judgment, organization, communication, and the ability to recognize when matters require legal or executive involvement.
