Director, Distribution Strategy CALA

The Director, Distribution Strategy CALA will lead the development and execution of distribution strategies across Central America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. This senior role combines commercial strategy, channel management, data analysis, and third-party partnership development to drive profitable growth.

You will shape channel roadmaps, identify new distribution opportunities, and establish performance metrics that support broader commercial objectives. The position requires strong expertise in the regional distribution landscape, including OTAs, wholesale and bedbank channels, metasearch, and emerging digital platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to translate performance insights into strategic initiatives and measurable outcomes. The role also provides significant ownership of third-party negotiations, channel enablement, and commercial performance management.

This is a remote leadership opportunity for an experienced distribution professional with a strong understanding of the CALA market and willingness to travel internationally.
