Director, Enterprise Architecture & Engineering

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Enterprise Architecture & Engineering based in Canada.

The Director, Enterprise Architecture & Engineering will set enterprise technical direction while building an engineering organization capable of scaling with a growing business. The role goes beyond Salesforce, connecting CRM, custom software, data, integration, cloud, security, DevOps, analytics, and AI into secure and resilient solutions.

You will lead complex architecture decisions, establish engineering standards, and develop scalable approaches to AI and agentic systems. You will also manage engineers and technical leaders, strengthen technical leadership, and shape organizational capabilities. Working closely with executive client stakeholders, Sales, and Delivery, you will connect technology decisions to business outcomes and client value.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced technology leader comfortable navigating complex environments, ambiguity, and rapid growth.
