Drive revenue growth and improve profitability by leading strategic negotiations with commercial and government-sponsored dental insurance payers. In this senior leadership role, you will shape payer contracting strategies, optimize reimbursement structures, and strengthen network participation to expand patient access and maximize business performance.

You will combine financial modeling, market intelligence, and operational insights to evaluate opportunities and secure agreements that deliver measurable results. Working closely with revenue cycle, operations, clinical leadership, and analytics teams, you will translate negotiation outcomes into effective implementation plans.

You will also build influential payer relationships, resolve complex contractual challenges, and establish scalable processes that strengthen negotiation capabilities across the organization.
