Director of Partner Credit Risk Management & Oversight

This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on strengthening credit risk oversight across a growing Banking-as-a-Service and fintech partner ecosystem.

You will lead a second-line credit risk function designed to support responsible growth while maintaining strong risk governance and independent oversight.

The role combines strategic leadership, portfolio analytics, counterparty risk management, credit governance, and regulatory engagement.

You will oversee a team of Partner Credit Risk Managers and provide credible challenge to partner models, underwriting strategies, assumptions, and performance expectations.

Your work will help identify emerging risks, manage concentrations and exposures, and protect the financial resilience of partner programs.

You will collaborate extensively with fintech partners, internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and regulators in a highly evolving financial services environment.
