Director of Product Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Product Operations based in the United States.

Lead the operational transformation of a growing product organization as it scales a technology platform for localized Connected TV advertising. As Director of Product Operations, you will turn product strategy into clear priorities, effective planning processes, and predictable delivery across multiple squads.

You will manage and develop a team of product managers while partnering closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer success teams. Your focus will be on improving execution, strengthening accountability, and creating consistent ways to measure product outcomes. You will also establish scalable processes for releases, support, and escalations without adding unnecessary complexity.
