Director of Software Engineering

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Software Engineering based in Bengaluru, India.

As Director of Software Engineering, you will lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization while driving the delivery of innovative, customer-facing SaaS products. You will oversee multiple product areas, from technical strategy and architecture to production launches and continuous improvement.

Working closely with global engineering leaders, you will help transform complex data into actionable insights and build reliable, scalable technology solutions. You will also champion AI-driven innovation, strengthen engineering practices, and develop future technical leaders.

This is an opportunity to shape engineering strategy, improve product experiences, and influence business outcomes within a collaborative, globally distributed environment. The role is fully remote within Bengaluru and requires regular overlap with U.S. business hours.
