Director of Total Rewards

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Total Rewards based in the United States.

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and people-focused Director of Total Rewards to lead the development and execution of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs across a growing, multi-state organization. In this role, you will shape the employee experience by ensuring rewards programs remain competitive, equitable, compliant, and financially sustainable.

You will oversee compensation strategy, benefits administration, retirement programs, and workforce analytics while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and employees. Combining advanced analytical expertise with a strong commitment to employee well-being, you will translate complex data into practical recommendations that support business objectives and workforce needs.

You will also lead and develop team members, improve operational processes, and guide total rewards initiatives through organizational change. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this fully remote leadership opportunity offers meaningful influence over people strategy in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
