Director, Partnership Growth

The Director, Partnership Growth will lead strategic initiatives designed to expand and monetize a portfolio of existing partnerships while creating new avenues for sustainable growth. This senior role combines partnership strategy, business development, commercial analysis, and operational execution in a fast-paced technology environment.

You will work across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to turn market insights into measurable business outcomes. You will shape partnership tiers, retention strategies, marketplace growth, and scalable programs that strengthen customer and partner value.

The role also requires strong financial and strategic judgment, from market sizing and ROI analysis to business-case development and forecasting. As a senior cross-functional leader, you will influence executives and teams without relying on direct authority. Your work will directly contribute to revenue diversification, innovation, and the long-term growth of the partnership ecosystem.
